Super and pleasant location close to the center with views over an old park. Also - really close to a local park with easy access to all local walkways, main attractions in Polanica and Polanica-Zdroj again...
Internet connection was weak.

The location of this hotel was absolutely fantastic - it was such a pleasant and comforting surprise after a long day of work. The surrounding gardens and restaurant were beautifully maintained, and the interior of the hotel was even more breathtaking. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and my room was bright and had its own balcony. The breakfast spread was mind-blowingly delicious, especially the pancakes! The hotel itself was of a very high standard, with spacious public areas and bedrooms with balconies. Everything was immaculately clean. The breakfast staff were so friendly, and the dining room had a great atmosphere. The hotel's location opposite the park made it even more perfect, and we never had trouble finding parking right in front. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the fact that it lasted until 11am was a super bonus! The room itself was elegant and had all the necessary amenities. our stay here was exceptional, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Excellent quality accommodation in a stunning natural setting. the hotel is situated on a peaceful street opposite beautiful parkland. Breakfast was a highlight: varied and delicious, with high-quality ingredients. We also appreciated the use of bicycles and the sauna, which were both great ways to relax and explore the area.
A language barrier, as not all of the staff spoke English. this was a minor inconvenience and did not detract from the overall experience.

The breakfast was great with a lot of variety. The location was also a plus, with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants. The room was cozy and the staff were friendly and accommodating.
The New Year's celebration at the hotel was a bit disappointing. The music was too loud and the crowd was rowdy, which made it difficult to fully enjoy the festivities.
